Up front, we went with Detroit Speed's control arm and spindle kit. We also opted for a set of front replacement coil springs, Koni adjustable shocks, and 1 1/4-inch sway bar. The tig-welded tubular control arms increase strength over stock and add positive camber. Both the upper and lower control arms come with new ball joints, Delrin bushings, and are powdercoated black. The tubular upper control arms allow for adjustable mounting locations for even more customization to be done on the alignment rack.

Out back, DSE's Rear Speed Kit 2 for the A-body comes with swivel-link rear control arms, coil springs, adjustable Koni shocks, sway bar, and chassis brace kit. Tubular control arms maintain optimal geometry and eliminate side-to-side movement in the rear suspension. The patented swivel-link technology in the rear control arms allow for fully articulated, bind-free movement without the use of hemi-joints.

The upper control arm took much more time than the bottom simply because the factory upper bushings tend to enjoy staying in their location. After lubrication and some persuasion with the air chisel, the bushings were forced out in several pieces.
