1982 Chevy El Camino ABS Disc Brake Kit
Here's the complete '79-86 El Camino disc brake kit from ABS. Included is the four-wheel disc brake proportion valve, 1 1/8-inch four-wheel disc brake master cylinder, calipers, and all the lines and brackets you'll need for the install. The dual-diaphragm 9-pound brake booster shown is not included, but it's a good idea to make that purchase as well. If yours is stock, it's around 25 years old and could use replacing.

With the axles back in and the C-clip in place, be sure to clean the differential cover and get the old sealer completely off. Also, use a new gasket and silicone before bolting on the cover. This photo shows the new bracket bolted up to the existing axle housing.

Next up is to slip on the ABS-supplied brake disc. If it doesn't go on smoothly, a couple of taps with a rubber mallet will get the job done.
