The first great reason is the Edelbrock show is absolutely free for spectators to enjoy. Plus, there are at least one hundred other excellent reasons for anyone within 100 miles of Torrance, California on May 13-14, 2016 to drop by Vic’s Garage, located within the Edelbrock industrial complex, and checkout the 11th Annual Edelbrock Car Show.
Every year Edelbrock offers free shop tours of its facilities they promise this will be everyone’s chance to embark on a one of a kind guided tour to see what 76 years of dedication to high performance products has built.

In addition to all the fun activities listed above, the 7th Annual Hot Rodders of Tomorrow Engine Challenge regional competition will be hosted here. It’s all about local high school students competing in a high-energy, engine-building competition where the top teams from each region will move on to compete at the “Showdown at SEMA,” held in early November at the SEMA show.
If last year’s show was to be used as a predictor, there will be in the vicinity of 400 cars, trucks, and other implements of custom transportation on exhibit.

And, just for the Chevy fanatics listening, we’ve included a glimpse of some pretty interesting examples of Bow-Tie beauties from last year. Check out the green and white 1954 Chevy Bel Air powered by a 425hp 409, the Pro-Street-style, red 1957 Chevy 3100 Big-Window pickup, and the real-tasty 1965 Chevelle 2-door station wagon. Further, you’ll notice a handful of other interesting show vehicles, including the usual assortment of old Fords powered by Chevy engines.
