American Speed Enterprises Builds A User-Friendly 480hp Small-Block

Make it high torque or high horsepower, let it idle in traffic, and get 19-plus mpg at 80 mph, and "they will come." American Speed Enterprises builds these long-life 383 stroker motors to be driven, but when you get 480 ponies out of them, you can be top dog at the local track day, too.
