'64-72 A-body, '78-87 G-body

Not messing around, Chassisworks created a well-rounded handling package. Their street/track package includes their g-street ShockWave front suspension with upper and lower arms, Chassisworks quick-ratio steering box, front antiroll bar, and billet-sleeve tie-rod assemblies for the front. Their rear comes with a FAB9 9-inch rearend housing and suspension conversion with VariShock billet adjustable shocks.

Chassisworks designed their drag-race kits with an incredible amount of tunability. Their system comes with a bolt-on coilover front suspension and Chassisworks steering-box with billet-sleeve tie-rod assemblies. The rear consists of a FAB9 9-inch rearend housing with their suspension conversion, including a VariShock rear coilover system.

Jim Meyer Racing

'63-87 Corvette

The Jim Meyer Racing kit will update your Corvette with Jim Meyer suspension components, Wilwood brakes and Steeroid rack-and-pinion. Urethane-bushed upper and lower tubular A-arms are included and will bolt on to your stock pivot shafts. QA1 adjustable coilover shocks along with sway bars make up the front and rear components. Wilwood brakes are four-piston caliper designs with forged aluminum calipers for all four corners. Rotors are 113/4-inch cross-drilled to keep temperatures down. Steering is completed with provided linkage from column to the steering arms. Note: Manual or power rack is available.

'64-88 A/G-body

A sure-fit to getting you're A/G-body to hook is the Total Vehicle System from Hotchkis. Their systems have been designed and tested. Their TVS kits include sport coils (1-inch drop in ride height), Extreme sway bars, heavy-duty sway bars and heavy-duty tie-rod sleeves. For the rear, the suspension incorporates their adjustable rear suspension. Lower arms are constructed for high-quality rectangular steel tubing while the uppers are steel and billet aluminum. The rear can be adjusted by the tubular trailing arm mount braces, which triangulate the chassis-making it stiffer. Note: Specify engine application.

C5/6 Corvette

Simple steps to achieving better-than-factory handling characteristics from an already-proven performer are available with Pfadt's line of suspension goodies. Their entry-level package includes a Pfadt adjustable coilovers and street sway bar system, which increases overall spring rate without compromising ride. Both the coilovers and sway bars come with recommended settings that offer a well-balanced car. To finish, Pfadt includes their camber kit to all for maximum negative camber to be dialed in.

To upgrade to a more aggressive system, Pfadt offers a track package as well. Adding to the street package, Pfadt has added Delrin pillow block sway bar bushings and solid sperhical control arm bushings. Pfadt replaces their polyurethane bushings with a more advanced and alumin-housed Delrin-type solid bushing. The Pfadt kit also replaces all 18 of the control arm bushings with 6061 T6 aluminum sleeves. The mono-ball joints elimnate friction and deflection and come anodized Pfadt orange and laser etched.

For Drag racing 'Vettes, Pfadt includes a set of drag-specific rate springs for the front, which add on top of their street package with coilovers. Coilovers feature a single damping adjustment at the top of each shock to dial rebound and compression in a 3:1 ratio. Separate ride height adjustment is also available. The competition rear sway bar features a chromoly bar that is splined on each end to accept their splined CNC-machined sway bar arms. The arms are made from 7075-T6 aluminum. Endlinks are custom made 3/8-inch Teflon lined rod ends. A Poly bushing kit will also reduce any flex for maximum launch capability.

Street/Track-Duty (Stage I-2)
One key ingredient to a complete suspension package is adding steering components. CPP's stage 1 and 2 packages both come with their 500 series steering box with a 14:1 ratio and uses the 3/4-30 rag joint. The complete packages also come with upper and lower tubular control arms, sway bars, and upper and lower control arms for the rear. Front and rear springs and shocks are also in the kit. Adding to the stage 2 kit includes a swap to front and rear QA1 coilover shocks.
