The exterior color is Pontiac Red Fire Metallic (with three coats of clear) applied by Mike Smith, who did all the bodywork, including the new rear quarters. We tip our collective cap to Mike because the work he did-body, paint, etc.-is flawless.
Tom has put about a thousand miles on the Camaro since its completion, typically never venturing more than 40 miles at a clip thanks to the car's propensity for guzzling race fuel. Sometimes, he'll just take it out for spin because it makes him feel good.
This last reason is, perhaps, the best to own a car like this. They simply make you feel good.
