Tuff Stuff Performance Accessories recently announced the availability of a universal inline 3/8-inch power steering filter telling, "This filter features a powerful internal magnet that removes harmful ferrous materials. It has a pleated filter media that removes non-ferrous particles, contamination and dirt. The stainless-steel case has laser welded seams and 3/8-inch outside diameter machined barbed hose nipples. New Style E-Motors
Bulky and failure-prone original C3 vacuum-operated actuators will no longer be a problem. The Detroit Speed Inc. electric headlight door kit replaces the stock vacuum-actuated system on all 1968-'82 Corvettes. When installed, this kit operates the headlight doors smoother, in-sync and more reliably than the stock vacuum system. The complicated, failure-prone and bulky vacuum accessories can all be eliminated. Vehicles with lumpy camshaft profiles with low vacuum signals will also benefit from this system since they are electronically controlled.
