1. Annette Loggins
1957 Bel Air Wagon
Quick Take: We knew the 25th anniversary was silver, but never knew the fifth was vintage iron. That’s what Annette got from her husband on their wedding anniversary. It’s got a 350, 700-R4, a Classic Instruments cluster, an ididit steering column, and 17-inch polished Americans, among other goodies.
2. Matt Orr
1966 El Camino
Quick Take: This Ekly sports a 350, 700-R4, and 4.11 gears for go, power disc brakes at all corners for whoa, and a Hotchkis front suspension to ensure it goes where Matt wants it.
3. Eric Fleming
Quick Take: This A-body’s had four engines, five trannys, and two rears over the course of its evolution, but now it runs with a 700-plus-horse 496 and a T56 Magnum six-speed. Since 2010, Eric’s built it into the car he always dreamed of.
4, 5, 6. Jeff Thomson
’67, ’69, ’13 Camaros
Quick Take: How do you pick one to drive? The ’67 RS/SS has an LS3 “hot cam” crate engine and a six-speed, plus a TCI subframe and QA1s. The ’69 sports a 383, CPP suspension goodies, an M21, Wilwood brakes all around, plus Vintage Air A/C. The latest addition is a fifth-gen with the factory 1LE suspension upgrade.
