Nick Oar, a resident of St. Charles, Missouri, sent us this shot of his beautiful '91 Z28, a longtime project that he just recently finished up. Starting with a stock Z28, Nick removed the anemic 305 in favor of a forged iron-block 6.0-liter LS engine, which he upgraded further with a Texas Speed MS4 camshaft, a set of Hawks Third Generation 1.75-inch long-tube headers, and a pair of aluminum 317-casting cylinder heads. Behind his new engine, Nick also ditched the stock 700-R4 in favor of a T56, which turns an LS1 10-bolt rearend that Nick sourced from a donor. Not only concerned with overall power, Nick has also upgraded the interior and exterior of his drop-top third-gen, taking it from a modern Camaro to something much more special.
