2008 The Annual Southern Yosemite Automotive Film Festival is scheduledfor March 28th through 30th, 2008 in Oakhurst, California, the southerngateway to Yosemite National Park. Featuring car movies, racingdocumentaries and never before seen footage, as well as premieres of thelatest car related films, the film festival offers something foreveryone.

Each year, Mid AmericaMotorworks hosts Spring and Fall Swapfests.
In conjunction with Swapfest, Mid America Motorworks hosts a low speedautocross competition. This is a classed competition open to all carmakes and models. $15 per vehicle. The next Spring Swapfest & Autocrosswill be May 3, 2008.
