Can you say Smokey and the Bandit? This '79 Pontiac T/A belongs to Shannon Conklin and was built by Mast Motorsports. The car has a Mast 455 LSX that puts out 620 tire-shredding horsepower. Playing the part of the Bandit on the autocross was Perry Kiritsy. Kiritsy's lead foot was having fun pitching the car sideways in true Burt Reynolds form. He stopped the clock in 38.678, fighting tire spin at every corner.
