While cruising the swap meet area, we met Bob Ezell, alias "Malibu Bob." M-Bob claims to have owned 298 Malibus, including the one pictured here. Bob is mixing his love of this car with his late father's love of the gasser in this tribute to his dad. Hopefully we'll get to see the finished product next year.

Winning the Tremec True Street Event was Ryan Coddington in his super-fast '94 Camaro. With a little squirt of the giggle gas, Ryan propelled his F-body to an average of 10.77-seconds over three runs. Nice job, Ryan!

After kicking some tires in the Car Corral (for sale section), we found a piece of Super Chevy magazine history. This 1974 big-block Chevelle was classified as "The Last 454" by Doug Marion (former editor and current contributor to Super Chevy magazine). The original California plates labeled "LAST 454" are still on the car.
