For 2011, the Super Chevy Show team has put together a list of activities that's all encompassing. If you can't find something to your liking at a Super Chevy Show this year, you may want to consider trading your Bow Tie in on a Kia Sephia.
From autocrossing to drag racing to our famous car shows, we've got you covered. The season kicks off on April 8-10 at historic (and recently renovated) Palm Beach International Raceway in Jupiter, Florida. To get things going with a bang, we've partnered with the folks at National Parts Depot in Ocala, Florida, to organize a cruise from their unbelievable facility right off I-75 down to PBIR. The magazine staff will be there shooting videos and photos on the cruise so you just might end up on the pages of Super Chevy or on its website. For more info on the cruise, contact Derek Putnam at NPD at firstname.lastname@example.org or call him at 800/976-1117, ext. 4207.
At PBIR, there will be the usual big-money bracket racing classes and exhibition cars, but we've added the Super Chevy True Street Challenge, a fifth-gen Camaro bracket race, and an all-brands NHRA Stock/Super Stock combo eliminator.
If your tastes run more towards carving corners, we've got the Toyo Tires Autocross, which will be run by the local SCCA chapter. You've invested thousands in the right wheel/tire/suspension combo-now you can put it to the test and possibly win a trophy and bragging rights over your friends.
If you are into historic muscle cars, you can meet our special celebrity guest, Mr. Motion Performance himself, Joel Rosen. He'll have his 2011 Motion Phase III SC-427 Camaro on display, serial number 001 in a series of new Motion Performance super cars based on the fifth-gen. Also scheduled to be there will be a legitimate 1970 Phase III Baldwin-Motion Chevelle!

Three weeks after Palm Beach (April 29-May 1) will be the West Coast season opener at The Strip in Las Vegas. There will be a cruise from the Original Parts Group headquarters in Seal Beach, California. Another autocross (sponsored by Toyo, Total Cost Involved, Currie Enterprises and Wilwood) will be on tap, along with a car show, drag racing, True Street Challenge, etc. It's going to be sick-we promise.
Keep checking out superchevy.com for updates as they occur.
