Heading into its 43rd year, the Town Fair Tire World of Wheels took over the Seaport World Trade Center in Boston, Massachusetts, the weekend of March 31-April 2, 2017, and featured over 200 top-notch custom cars, trucks, and motorcycles spread throughout the show floor. A thick concentration of the coolest Chevys included plenty of Camaros, Novas, Chevelles, Corvettes, and Tri-Fives along with a surprising number of Monte Carlos that added to the nice blend of killer Bowties.
Every year, the East Coast steps up their game and brings out the best-of-the-best in Pro Touring, Pro Street, custom, street machine, and restomod builds for great car show experience. Whether your idea of the coolest ride is one doused in candy paint and chrome bumpers or one with a big-horsepower engine topped with a massive blower there was a huge variety of muscle styling for every car enthusiast to enjoy.
For those digging the more old-school side of hot rodding, there were plenty of traditional customs and bobbers on display. The Summit Racing Equipment Pedal Car Challenge was a great change of pace for those looking back to their days behind the wheel of a slower-paced ride.
If the Boston World of Wheels is a gauge of what’s to be expected during the East Coast outdoor car show scene over the next few months, we can pretty much guarantee it’s going to be one hot summer featuring the coolest cars.
So you couldn’t make the show? Not to worry as we’ve put together a photo gallery featuring the baddest Chevy muscle cars and trucks from the 2017 Boston World of Wheels.
