For most of America the end of October brings thoughts of Halloween candy, costumes, and early Christmas shopping, but for the automotive aftermarket what it really means is that the annual petrol fueled festival known as the SEMA show is at hand. Yep, for the last few months gearheads, us included, have been frantically working to get their cars and trucks ready for the big dance. Companies have also been working hard getting their booths shined up and ready to show off all of their new products. SEMA is fun, but first and foremost it’s a business trade show where manufactures show off their wares to the buyers that sell them to us, the automotive enthusiasts.
Officially SEMA goes from Tuesday through Friday, but the setup starts days earlier on Saturday where the booths get assembled. Later on Sunday and early Monday the cars and various vehicles get slid into position and polished up. Later tonight the carpet goes down on the walkways and the forklifts get hidden until Friday afternoon when it’s all torn apart again and the cars head back home to get actually finished.
So kick back and check over a 100 shots of the cool happening on move in day at the 2016 SEMA Show!
