The Fifth Annual Nitto Tire NMCA All-Star Nationals was a weekend that was filled with high-speed action despite a record-breaking pollen count and ultimately a rainstorm that postponed the final eliminations until the following NMCA event. The second stop on the NMCA Flowmaster series tour is at Atlanta Dragway (Commerce, Georgia) as drag racers, show cars, and a manufacturers' midway provided a full weekend of fun for fans and enthusiasts. The NMCA tour features the Aerospace Components NHRA Unleashed drag racing series with 5-second Pro Street cars, mid 6-second Super Street performances, and lots of 7-second small-tire racers in a variety of different categories. The NMCA program also has Open Comp and Nostalgia Muscle Car where everything from 8-second street cars to bone-stock restomods compete using indexes and dial-ins. We rolled out to Georgia with our camera gear and were blown away from some of the wildest performances we've seen at the NMCA. Here are the highlights from the record-breaking weekend of drag racing.

The NMCA isn’t just for old muscle cars but new ones also, as Ronnie Hackelton runs his 2010 Camaro SS in EFI Rumble. The car features a new engine combination for 2013, an LSX 388ci engine with a ProCharger F-1C supercharger. The Camaro knocked off a best of 10.13 at 140 mph.
