Henry De Los Santos is the Editor of Chevy High Performance. During his senior year at the University of California San Diego, he decided to give freelancing a try and found a whole new passion being ignited; Henry’s always been involved with cars and this opportunity only seemed fitting. After graduating from UCSD, he started out on Car Craft as a staffer back in 2000, eventually making the ranks from associate editor to executive editor before heading over to Chevy High Performance in 2004. He began his Chevy High Performance career as the Tech Editor and eventually took over the role as Editor in 2007. Henry’s also heavily into drag racing and owns a championship and record breaking 275 drag radial car that has run 6.99 at 203 mph; he’s currently building a ’57 Chevy with a 1,000hp LS3, a ’73 Camaro for the autocross and open track courses, and a 2000 Camaro for heads up competition.
